Corporate Leisure Events
Not all corporate events are work related and our range of corporate leisure events are designed to offer that relaxation, reward, playtime or merely just together time with leisurely activities.
We offer bespoke corporate leisure events designed to match your expectations and desires, throughout the UK throughout the year.
Team Bonding Events
Team bonding events differ in that they focus on bringing the team together to strengthen the existing relationships rather than to change behaviours and develop performance.
Teams are like engines; they need maintenance (and possibly lubrication) so that they continue to perform smoothly. To expect a team to continue to perform without maintenance is similar to ignoring the warning light on your dashboard. It could become costly.
Effective team maintenance merely requires a change of scenery, a change of activity and a change of pace; a challenge to share, with the opportunity to work and play together as a team in a place from which a refreshed perspective can be gained.
Outdoor Team Building Events
Outdoor team building means different things to different people, ranging from a fun experience in the grounds of an hotel to a challenging event in the adventurous outdoors, or a more significant programme of behavioural evaluation alongside a performance enhancement process during a series of progressive outdoor challenges.
We design outdoor team building events in many differing formats to complement each client’s specific objectives so that our proposed event is pertinent, focused and offers excellent value.
Leadership Development Activities
Leadership is an art that requires practice; each leader’s style and performance is unique, there are many simple guidelines, but experience has shown that powerfully effective leadership cannot be copied, learned by rote or from a manual.
Our leadership development activities engage leaders with an appropriate level of leadership challenge from which they can gain feedback about their style, effect and performance. Typically, each activity becomes incrementally more complex throughout a leadership development event, though each activity will stand alone if required.
We are also able to provide experiential development support working alongside business development consultants, training agents and facilitators providing outdoor and indoor team development challenges exercises to complement their facilitation services. Team Challenge Events
In a team challenge event each team takes on a series of tasks or projects that test their collective capability and endurance, creating numerous opportunities to repeatedly stretch and evaluate the team's performance whilst in competition with other teams or against pre-determined targets, or against the elements.
Team challenges can be indoors, outdoors or both, lasting from a couple of hours to several days, and can comprise physically demanding activities and adventurous journeys or more creative or cerebrally challenging events.
