Our instructors and technicians are professionally qualified in disciplines where robust qualifications exist, and our Event Coordinators are Accredited Practitioners of the Institute for Outdoor Learning.

It is our policy to engage instructors and technicians who can demonstrate extensive experience and sound continual and reflective professional development in the way they practice.

AALA Licensed Activities

Key Adventures is licensed by the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority to run outdoor adventure activities with young people under the age of 18. Our license covers the range of activities listed below:

  • Kayaking

  • Sea Level Traversing
  • Gorge or Ghyll Scrambling
