Key Adventures offers a wide range of activities suitable for team building. Most are run outdoors and as part of a wider event, though we also offer a variety of indoor team building activities to complement conferences and team meetings.
We specialise in designing bespoke team building activities to complement conference, coaching, teaching and training sessions, to provide an opportunity to practice new behaviours or to try new ways of doing things, and to enable teams to develop a fresh understanding of the nature of their team and take another step forward.
Key Adventures Team Building Activities
Our definition of a team building activity is one that:
- Engages and challenges the team productively
- Includes all team members
- Offers opportunities to learn about the team and team members
- Challenges the team to communicate together in creating a solution
- Will be remembered for a substantial time
Take On Engaging Team Building Activities
Combining adventurous challenges with inspirational locations increases the longevity of learning, in many cases ensuring that the benefits from the team building experience last a life-time.

What Our Customers Say
The events proved to be a positive talking point, improved morale and allowed people to get to know each other outside the work environment, increasing team spirit and raising awareness of our commitment to support our personnel, increasing communication, creating easier working relationships with people looking forward positively to the next events.
Bespoke Team Building EventsI've watched my team go through challenge after challenge over the past four days, each individual has shown me more of their potential than I have seen in years. I don't believe that we can ever accept normal results again; they keep evaluating their performance! They won't stop. What have you done?
