Our team building events are designed to engage and inspire participant teams resulting in performance and productivity benefits. We create challenging experiences which focus attention on the teams specific “need-to-change” behaviours.
We specialise in bespoke team building events, each created to engage and enable participants to glean a fresh view of their performance and then to modify actions and behaviours towards greater personal contribution and overall team performance. These events typically include a blend of experiential team activities, opportunities to review performance and explore team building models, theories and strategies.
Our events last from a few hours and may extend over many days. Our team building activities and exercises can last from a few minutes up to a few hours, and we work with groups of 4 to 600 participants at a time, throughout the year.

Our team building activities and exercises are designed to challenge team performance rather than physical or emotional prowess, and all challenges are achievable for anyone of average fitness and strength, with bespoke activities available or developed for specific inclusion situations.
Many of our team building events are run from venues specified by our clients, though we can offer options from our database of team building venues around the UK.
