As part of our health and safety management procedures, we are required to identify and assess the risks that our operation poses to our personnel, to participants and to any other person who might encounter the activities of our business. This risk assessment process is incorporated into our H&S and Operations Policy.

The responsibility for the assessment of risk during an event is delegated to the Event Coordinator and, during an activity, to the instructor or technician tasked with running that activity. Each of them is trained to perform dynamic risk assessments, i.e. the continual assessment of risk in real time. In addition, we record and document generic risk assessments for many activities. These generic risk assessment reports can be referred to by any associate prior to their involvement with Key Adventures and they are also made available, on request, for the piece of mind of our participants and clients.
