Associate Criteria
- You are genuinely self employed.
- You hold public liability insurance or fulfil our criteria if insured with us.
- You have the equivalent of at least two years of full-time experience in your respective field(s) or discipline(s) (i.e. around 500 days).
- You are able to assess and manage risk effectively.
- You have current knowledge in your field of expertise.
- You consistently deliver an excellent service.
- You are adapatable and proactive.
- You communicate confidently, openly and honestly at all times.
- You are willing to share your knowledge and expertise with other associates and are willing to give and receive feedback.
- You demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times.
- You can provide copies of your CV, qualifications/awards, insurance documents and ancillary certificates (first aid, SWR, etc).
- You must provide a profile (a single A4 side) which clearly identifies the depth and breadth of your knowledge and experience that underpins the services that you are offering, your area of exprtise, your preferred client groups, and any specific trading conditions.
- You must be willing and able to work within our Health & Safety Policy, Equality Policy and Child Protection Policy.
