Key Adventures engages professional, genuinely self-employed staff, primarily freelance activity instructors, technicians and Event Coordinators to deliver their services during our events.

Key Adventures Associate Criteria

• You are genuinely self employed.
• You hold public liability insurance or fulfil our criteria if insured with us.
• You have the equivalent of at least two years of full-time experience in your respective field(s) or discipline(s) (i.e. around 500 days).
• You are trained and able to assess and manage risk effectively.
• You have current knowledge in your field of expertise.
• You consistently deliver an excellent service.
• You are adapatable and proactive.
• You communicate confidently, openly and honestly.
• You are willing and eager to share your knowledge and expertise with other associates and are willing to give and receive feedback.
• You demonstrate high levels of customer service.
• You can provide copies of your CV, qualifications/awards, insurance documents and ancillary certificates (first aid, SWR, etc).
• You are willing to provide a profile (a single A4 side) which identifies the depth and breadth of the knowledge and experience that underpins the services that you are offering, your area(s) of expertise, your preferred client groups, and any specific trading conditions.
• You must be willing and able to work within our Health & Safety Policy, Equality Policy and Child Protection Policy.
